The awards were presented by the Honourable Heather Klimchuk, Minister of Service Alberta and MLA for Edmonton-Glenora, at a private ceremony at Government House in Edmonton on March 7, 2011.

Hon. Heather Klimchuk stands with the three winners from the Youth Poster Competition, as well as the merit award winners from the Media Category and the Non-Profit Organizations Category.
