The awards were presented by the Honourable Lloyd Snelgrove, Minister of Service Alberta and MLA for Vermilion-Lloydminster, at a private ceremony at Government House in Edmonton on July 16, 2007.

Hon. Lloyd Snelgrove presents Peter Bowal with the Minister’s Award which recognizes long-term contributions to the Alberta marketplace.

 


 

Lois Gander and Diane Rhyason from the University of Alberta’s Legal Studies program, along with Gael MacLeod and Les Phillips from the Alberta Real Estate Foundation, accept the Alberta Consumer Champion Award of Distinction from Service Alberta Minister Lloyd Snelgrove.

 

The Edmonton Apartment Association (EAA) and their partners in the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program accept the Alberta Consumer Champion Award of Merit.
